I aim to give people the skills and confidence to be able to manage and improve their own mobility, functional activities and health with the support of those around them.

My first visit would be an assessment of your needs during which we would begin to jointly identify your goals. Follow up visits would be agreed together to ensure your best goal outcome. A lot of focus is placed on, where possible, gaining confidence in continuing with exercise and movement independently into the future.

We can focus on a wide array of goals including falls reduction, improving mobility indoors and outdoors, balance and posture, joint movement and strength, stairs practise or other functional activities that fill your day to day life or that you wish to return to.
